Our founding and mission
Standing On Faith Ministries is a faith-based 501c3 nonprofit organization founded by Angenita Mabins. We are a grassroots ministry committed to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hardship, poverty, and life challenges through compassionate outreach, practical support, and faith in action. Our ministry was built on a simple belief: every person deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to rebuild their life. We meet people where they are — whether on the streets, in shelters, in temporary housing, or facing difficult circumstances — and walk alongside them on their journey toward stability.

To empower, educate, elevate, equip and eradicate homelessness one individual at a time, by providing resources, support advocacy and hope.
